When will you have new work?

Update scheduling is entirely dependent on external factors, therefore all website drops will be announced via newsletter, the announcement bar at the top of my site, and in the bio of my Instagram (@SheWolfStudios). Newsletter subscribers receive an exclusive password for one hour early access to restocks. Are ceramic pipes safe to use?

Yes! All SheWolf smokeware is fully glazed inside and out, making them easy to clean and keep free of bacteria. Glaze creates a glass coating over ceramic objects, which makes them non-porous. Using a ceramic piece will feel much like using glass, with some added durability! All of my glazes are food safe and non-toxic, so they are entirely safe to smoke from!

How do I clean my SheWolf smokeware?

The majority of SheWolf smokeware can be cleaned just like any glass piece! I personally run my piece under hot water to flush out built up resin or debris. Then I pour 70%-90% isopropyl alcohol and salt into the chamber (the space inside the piece between the bowl and the mouth piece), seal the carb and bowl, and SHAKE. Repeat until there is no debris and the alcohol/salt mixture is clear. Or you can put it in a sealed bag and shake / let soak!

DO NOT soak pieces with 22k gold luster or mother of pearl coating as it can damage the finish.

*Pipes with luster require extra care. The gold and pearl luster are delicate and unable to tolerate harsh chemicals. Clean the inside as usual, but do not soak or fully submerge the piece in isopropyl alcohol.

Are your pieces microwave/dishwasher safe?

Unless marked otherwise, the majority of my work is microwave and dishwasher safe. 22 carat gold luster and mother of pearl are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.

Ceramics are durable, but not indestructible. I recommend using the top rack of the dishwasher or hand washing if you want to be extra gentle and ensure the longevity of your piece (I personally hand wash all of mine). Your piece, if cared for properly could last for generations!

Do you accept custom orders?

Do you accept returns / exchanges / cancellations?

Because I am a one-woman small business, and due to the fragile nature of shipping ceramics, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Be sure to read the product description and check all listing photos before committing to a purchase.

I aim to accurately describe and photograph each piece so you can be confident in the product you are ordering.

Occasionally a piece may have a “birthmark”, which will be noted in the listing and shown in photos.

Keep in mind that each piece is made by hand and therefore may bare markings of artist handling from production. These “birthmarks” make each piece unique, just like you! That is what makes buying handmade art so special.

How long until my order ships?

Once you have placed an order, please allow 1-5 business days for processing (due to unpredictable chronic illness), after which you will receive tracking information. Shipments within the continental US should arrive within 2-4 days after shipping. Please account for these time frames when purchasing.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of the item(s) in your order.

What if my item was damaged in shipping?

I pack each order very carefully and do my best to prevent any damage. In the rare case that an item arrives broken, please contact me immediately, so I may evaluate the issue and make it right. Include photos of the broken item(s), the shipping box, and a legible image of the shipping label no later than 7 days from the delivery date. Please inspect your order upon receipt to ensure its condition. If the item is replaceable I will work to recreate it as best I can, but this could take up to 4-6 weeks to complete. SheWolf Studios is not responsible for packages that are stolen or otherwise not delivered when marked with a "delivered" status. All items are tracked and insured, so if something occurs after it has left the studio, USPS will be responsible for covering the damages or lost/stolen goods. You can file a claim with them here.
